The identical drafts submitted on August 5, 1971, to the Conference on the Committee on Disarmament by the delegations of Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Mongolia, Poland, Rumania and the U.S.S.R. and by the delegation of the United States, appear in U.N.
