The final morning of any conference is generally regarded as intellectually as well as physically challenging. This year's JSI was no exception, particularly for those from the northern hemisphere. Blue sky, a gentle Pacific breeze, a beautiful college set among verdant halcyon gardens, the morning after a summer barbecue, a day among the spectacular Blue Mountains beckoning, one would have expected only the hardiest of law librarians to brave an 8:30 am session on ethics!
