New data on the biology of Klein's sole Synapturichthys kleinii (Pleuronectiformes: Soleidae)

Abstract

A rare soleid species, Klein's sole Synapturichthys kleinii, has been observed during night dives near the French seashore of the Mediterranean Sea. It is the first report on the behaviour, the predation and the parasites of Klein's sole in the wild.
