I will discuss the spiral arms of our Galaxy as indicated by the Wolf-Rayet star population and their connection to GMCs, the sizes and shapes of some nearby associations in the northern Milky Way, and the slope of the IMF for Cyg OB2 and several regions of the Magellanic Clouds.
