This chapter summarizes the information concerning the systems implicated in the regulation of implantation and endometrial receptivity in humans. If focuses on the chemokine system and the comparison of two similar processes, human implantation and leukocyte transendothelial migration. The chapter presents new strategies based on array technology that aim to clarify the fragmented information existing in the field.
