Summary
Following is a list of Rome Prize winners from 1921 to 1940, together with the dates of their fellowships, place of birth, education, and employment after AAR. Also included are the names of jury members, with jury committee chairs listed fi rst. Jury lists are compiled from Annual Reports, which are part of the Academy's fi les in New York, and from other sources, as footnoted. The fellowship years traditionally began on October 1. Dates of the appointments are extracted from the annual reports prepared by Felix Lamond. Since a number of these fi gures are obscure, tracking down biographical information can be diffi cult.
