In recent years, mixed-type depression has become a widely recognized mental health issue. The rise of cross-border e-commerce and the new pattern of regional economic development may make financial professionals face more complex work environments, which may affect their mental health status. Considering that the combination of cross-border e-commerce and regional economic development may have a certain degree of impact on the mental health of financial practitioners, the study aims to explore the nature and extent of this impact, in order to take effective measures to improve the work environment and quality of life of financial practitioners.

The study followed 80 financial professionals with mixed depression for 1 year. It investigated the extent of mixed-type depression in patients before and after the intersection of cross-border e-commerce and regional economic development. The study used the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) to assess the severity of mixed depressive symptoms.

After the mutual integration of cross-border e-commerce and regional economic development, the average HAMA score of mixed depression among financial employees decreased to approximately 10.45, with a significant pre-post difference (P<0.05), indicating that the patients’ mixed depression was significantly alleviated.

The combination of cross-border e-commerce and regional economic development has a significant positive impact on the mixed depression of financial professionals. Prove that while promoting economic restructuring and cross-border e-commerce development, it also indirectly promotes the psychological health of practitioners.

Bipolar depression students may face various challenges during the learning process, such as emotional fluctuations and lack of concentration. Traditional teaching models may not achieve ideal results in response to the special needs of such students. Given this, the study aims to explore whether the interactive English translation teaching model can bring better learning experiences and effects to students with bipolar depression. Through an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of this teaching model, combined with the characteristics of students with bipolar depression, the study aims to provide educators with new strategies and methods.

The study selected 120 students with bipolar depression as the research subjects and randomly divided them into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group students were taught using interactive English translation teaching mode, while the control group students were taught using traditional teaching mode. The study used the Bipolar Depression Rating Scale (BDRS) to evaluate the intervention of students with bipolar depression.

Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in bipolar depression scores between the two groups of students (P>0.05); After the experiment, the bipolar depression symptoms of the experimental group students were significantly improved and significantly lower than those of the control group students (P<0.05).

The interactive English translation teaching model shows promise in alleviating symptoms of bipolar depression among students. Furthermore, this model positively impacts both their learning experience and mental well-being.

Modern college students are faced with multiple pressures, leading to an increasing incidence of anxiety incidence rate. Traditional teaching models may not achieve ideal results in response to the special needs of such students. The spirit of moving westward, as a valuable experience in the history of New China, represents the spiritual core of overcoming difficulties and striving hard. The study will explore how to combine the “spirit of westward migration” with practical teaching to cultivate students’ psychological resilience and promote their healthy growth.

The study focused on 90 students with anxiety disorder and randomly divided them into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group students adopted the “spirit of moving westward” to integrate into the practical teaching of university education courses, while the control group students adopted traditional teaching methods. The study used the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) to evaluate the intervention of anxiety disorders in students.

Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups of students (P>0.05); After the experiment, the anxiety symptoms of the experimental group students were significantly improved and significantly lower than those of the control group students (P<0.05).

The integration of the “spirit of westward migration” into practical teaching of higher education courses can alleviate students’ anxiety symptoms and have a positive effect on their learning and physical and mental health.

Informatization has become a key element of modern enterprise management, and managers face severe anxiety in high-pressure work environments, which hurts personal health and organizational performance. It is very important to study the alleviating effect of information-based enterprise management on the anxiety of managers.

SASRQ and 3D-CAM were used to assess management anxiety, and SPSS23.0 was used to collect and analyze data. Through comparative analysis, the study evaluated the effect of information enterprise management on the anxiety of managers and guided decision-making and practice.

In the study, 100 managers were recruited as samples from different information enterprises. SASRQ and 3D-CAM were used to measure the samples, and the results showed that the anxiety symptoms of managers were significantly relieved under the management of information-based enterprises. The average SASRQ score decreased by 27.8% from 75.2 to 54.8. The average 3D-CAM measurement score decreased from 7.3 to 3.6, a decrease of 50.7%. SPSS23.0 statistical analysis results show that information-based enterprise management has a significant effect on the relief of management anxiety (P< 0.001).

The study shows that information enterprise management has a significant effect on management anxiety. Using SASRQ and 3D-CAM as assessment tools, data analysis based on SPSS23.0 showed a significant reduction in manager anxiety symptoms. Therefore, organizations should actively promote the application of information-based enterprise management to improve managers’ mental health and improve organizational performance.

Mania represents a prevalent psychological issue among college students. Both music education and ideological and political education have been recognized for their positive impacts on mental well-being. Nonetheless, there exists a gap in comprehensive research investigating the specific effects resulting from the integration of ideological and political education into music education as a means of addressing mania.

The study was conducted in a university with a randomized control group design. The experimental group participated in music education courses with integrated ideological and political education components, whereas the control group underwent traditional ideological and political education. Evaluation of students’ mania symptoms was carried out using the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM). Statistical analysis employing SPSS23.0 included calculations of mean, standard deviation, and T-test.

The experimental group exhibited a significantly lower mania score compared to the control group (P<0.001). The average score for the experimental group was 7.62, while that of the control group was 12.35. Furthermore, the anxiety level in the experimental group was notably lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), registering an average score of 15.42 and 20.18, respectively, for the two groups.

The amalgamation of music education and ideological and political education manifests a substantial reduction in both college students’ mania symptoms and anxiety levels, thereby enhancing their mental well-being. Universities are advised to fortify this integration, subsequently delivering more potent psychological support and intervention mechanisms. Further research is warranted to corroborate and enhance these findings.

Autism is a behavioral and communication disorder caused by neurodevelopmental abnormalities. Art therapy can help patients improve social skills and emotional expression. This study aimed to explore the influence of ceramic art and color aesthetics on the treatment of autism.

Thirty patients diagnosed with autism were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received fusion treatment of ceramic art and color beauty, and the control group received conventional treatment. The two groups were evaluated by the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire and the 3-minute Disorder Assessment Scale, and SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.

The anxiety level of the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment, and the Stanford questionnaire score decreased from 65.3 ± 7.2 to 42.8 ± 5.9. The anxiety level of the control group did not change significantly, and the score decreased from 67.1 ± 6.8 to 65.9 ± 7.1. The cognitive ability of the experimental group was significantly improved, and the disorder assessment scale score decreased from 9.6 ± 1.2 to 4.3 ± 0.9. In the control group, there was no significant change in cognitive ability, and the score decreased from 9.8 ± 1.0 to 9.6 ± 1.2.

Ceramic art design and color aesthetic fusion therapy have significant effects on the anxiety level and cognitive ability of autistic patients. Compared with traditional treatment, this method can effectively improve patients’ emotional and cognitive functions. Art therapy has potential clinical applications in the treatment of autism.

Anxiety disorder is a common psychological disorder that seriously affects the quality of life and social function of patients. In addition to medication treatment, community service innovation provides more direct and convenient treatment pathways for patients by providing professional mental health support and resources within the community.

The study focused on a population aged 18 to 70 within a community. Using EEG and Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) tests, 30 individuals were diagnosed with anxiety disorders. These participants were evenly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received anti-anxiety medication treatment alone, while the control group received regular psychological counseling at the community service center in addition to medication. After six months of treatment, the two groups were statistically analyzed for treatment effectiveness using electroencephalogram examination and the SAS test. SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis.

In the experimental group, 5 patients recovered, 4 patients made significant progress, and 6 patients did not recover. In the control group, 9 people recovered, 6 people made significant progress, and 1 person did not recover. There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, P<0.05.

Through community mental health centers, patients can receive more direct and convenient treatment pathways and mental support, which is of great significance in the treatment of anxiety disorders.

Autism in students often presents as social interaction difficulties. Social theory offers a valuable framework and approach to guide interventions aimed at promoting social development among students with autism.

The study conducted research on a group of students diagnosed with autism in a southwestern China hospital in 2021. Participants included 25 students aged 3-6, 30 students aged 7-12, and 5 students aged 13-18. The total sample of 60 students was divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received medication treatment as prescribed by doctors, while the control group underwent regular psychological treatment at the hospital’s psychological treatment center in addition to medication. After one year of treatment, the effectiveness of the interventions was assessed using EEG, SPECT examination results, and SPSS23.0 for statistical analysis.

Among the experimental group, 10 patients achieved recovery, 12 demonstrated significant improvement, and 8 did not achieve recovery. In the control group, 15 patients recovered, 15 showed significant improvement, and none did not recover. The difference in outcomes between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Social theory plays an important role in the treatment of student autism, as it can help students establish and develop social skills for autism. By creating a positive social environment, comprehensive social support and education can be provided for students with autism.

Physical exercise promotes physical activity, regulates mental state, and helps to improve the psychological state of individual college students and reduce anxiety symptoms.

Randomly select 50 students from a sports college of a certain university, including 25 males and 25 females. Select 50 students from non-sports colleges, including 25 males and 25 females. The total subjects amount to 100 students. The Physical Exercise Frequency Scale and the Anxiety Self-Test Scale (SAS) were used. The exercise volume and anxiety level of college students were evaluated. The test results were statistically analyzed using SPPS23.0 software.

82% of college students in this college enjoy physical exercise. 50% of students exercise 3 times a week, 25% twice a week, and 5% once a week. 18% do not enjoy physical exercise. According to the results of the Self-Test Anxiety Scale (SAS), 95% of college students in the school do not have anxiety symptoms, 5% of students suffer from anxiety disorder, and all 5% come from non-sports students. According to the SPSS statistical results, the anxiety level of different students is P<0.05, and there is a negative correlation between the anxiety level and the frequency of physical exercise, with a P-value less than 0.05, which is statistically significant.

Most college students in this school have a positive psychological state, and there is a certain correlation between physical exercise and anxiety. Therefore, physical exercise can help alleviate anxiety symptoms by promoting mental state.

Social anxiety disorder is a condition in which people become wary of strangers when they are in unfamiliar or socially threatening situations. With the increasing pressure of life and study, more and more students suffer from social anxiety disorder. If this negative psychological emotion can not be improved in time, it will even cause extremely serious consequences.

Physical education in colleges and universities is one of the effective ways to promote students’ physical and mental health. Therefore, this study from the perspective of psychology makes an in-depth analysis of the influence of college physical education on students’ social anxiety disorder. The experiment randomly selected 70 students from a university to make statistics on their social anxiety disorder before and after the physical education intervention and compared their self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) before and after the intervention. SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for data processing.

The score of SAS scale of students before intervention had no statistical significance (P>0.05), but the score of SAS scale of students after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). It shows that physical education in colleges and universities can improve social anxiety disorder significantly.

With the support of psychological theory, physical education in colleges and universities can improve the frequency of communication between students and others through physical activities, so as to promote communication between students and effectively improve their social anxiety disorder.

Personality disorder refers to the obvious deviation of personality characteristics from the normal, making people in daily life and interpersonal relationship perform abnormal behaviors. Personality disorders have a negative impact on the development of individuals and bring a negative influence on society. In addition, people with personality disorders are easy to have unstable emotions and even cause harm to themselves and others.

Music therapy uses various forms of music to help patients heal emotionally. Among many, traditional Chinese music therapy can effectively relieve depression and improve the quality of people’s mental health. The study uses Chinese traditional music therapy to analyze its influence on the treatment of personality disorders. Fifty patients with personality disorders were randomly selected and divided into a research group and a control group, with 50 people in each group. The research group received conventional psychological intervention treatment, and the control group received traditional Chinese music therapy. After the experiment, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was compared between the two groups. SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for data processing.

Before the intervention, there was no statistical significance in baseline data between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the SAS scale score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the research group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Chinese traditional music therapy can effectively improve personality disorders and play a positive role in people’s mental state.

At present, many parents in rural families choose to go out for work. Traditional intergenerational guardians generally adopt food and clothing education, and it is difficult to implement correct guidance and education. Left-behind children in rural areas often have a sense of loneliness and inferiority due to the lack of family care. The negative psychology will further damage the physical and mental health of left-behind children, making them afraid of interacting with others. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the model of intergenerational education.

The study conducted an in-depth analysis of the impact of different intergenerational education models on social anxiety disorder among rural left-behind children. Select 40 left-behind children from rural areas and divide them into two groups: A and B, with 20 in each group. Group A received traditional subsistence education, while Group B received psychological care education. SPSS23.0 software was used to statistically analyze the changes in children’s social anxiety disorder.

Before the intervention, the baseline data of all left-behind children had no statistical significance (P>0.05). After the intervention, the social anxiety disorder of left-behind children in group B was significantly improved compared with that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

The innovative intergenerational education model pays more attention to the personal feelings and psychological spirit of left-behind children and is also more conducive to the healthy growth of the physical and mental health of rural left-behind children.

Post-traumatic stress in college students may lead to severe psychological consequences, including depression, anxiety, social difficulties, and risk of self-harm. In order to provide effective support and promote rehabilitation, the research explores the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education to alleviate the post-traumatic stress of college students.

To study the effect of ideological and political education combined with mental health education on the relief of post-traumatic stress in college students, the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire and 3-minute Disorder Assessment Scale were used as assessment tools to measure stress level and cognitive function. SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the data.

Compared with the control group, the post-traumatic stress level was significantly reduced in the experimental group receiving comprehensive treatment. The average post-traumatic stress score decreased by 30 percent in the experimental group, compared with only 10 percent in the control group. In addition, the 3-minute Disorder Assessment Scale showed a 15% increase in cognitive clarity and reduction in disorder symptoms.

The combination of ideological and political education and mental health education has a good effect on alleviating the post-traumatic stress of college students. The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Therefore, the use of research methods is more conducive to the relief of patients’ post-traumatic stress.

Social anxiety disorder is a common psychological problem in college students, affecting their social function and quality of life. The current therapeutic methods mainly include psychotherapy and drug therapy, which have some limitations while obtaining certain curative effects.

A total of 200 college students diagnosed with social anxiety disorder were selected and assessed by the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire and 3-minute Disorder Assessment Scale. SPSS 23.0 was used for data analysis.

The results showed that the social anxiety symptoms were significantly reduced in the college students who received the new concept of legal education-assisted therapy. Before treatment, participants’ social anxiety scores averaged 6.2 (s=1.4), which dropped to 3.8 (s=1.2) after treatment. Similarly, scores of anxiety levels were significantly lower, with average scores of 24.6 (s=3.7) before treatment and 14.2 (s=2.8) after treatment. In addition, the participants’ social functioning improved significantly. Before treatment, participants reported social functioning scores of 55.8 (s=6.2) on average, which improved to 78.4 (s=5.1) after treatment. This indicates that the new concept of legal education has a significant promoting effect on improving college students’ social ability and mental health.

It is found that the new concept of legal education plays an important auxiliary role in the treatment of college students’ social anxiety disorder. It improves the mental health and social ability of college students by reducing anxiety and improving social function.

Anxiety disorder is a common psychological problem in college students. Its serious consequences include academic impairment, social disturbance, health problems, life quality decline and employment difficulties.

150 college students diagnosed with anxiety disorder were selected to participate in the study and assessed by the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire and the 3-minute Disorder Assessment Scale. SPSS 23.0 was used for data analysis.

The results showed that the students who received ideological and political teaching based on Morita therapy made significant progress in the reduction of anxiety symptoms. Before treatment, participants’ anxiety scores averaged 6.4 (s=1.3), which dropped to 3.2 (s=1.1) after treatment. At the same time, scores of anxiety levels were also significantly reduced, with an average score of 25.1 (s=3.9) before treatment and 13.8 (s=2.7) after treatment. In addition to the improvement in anxiety symptoms, the mental health of the participants was significantly improved. Before treatment, participants reported an average mental health score of 58.2 (s=6.5), which improved to 80.6 (s=5.3) after treatment. This shows that it has a significant effect on improving the mental health of college students.

The study shows that ideological and political teaching based on Morita therapy plays an important role in relieving anxiety disorder in college students. By providing a balanced teaching environment and teaching Vipassana and self-awareness skills, this therapy helps college students effectively cope with anxiety and promote their mental health and overall development.

Hyperactivity disorder in children is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that seriously affects children’s learning and quality of life. Therefore, it is clinically important to find new treatment methods.

The study selected 100 cases of pediatric patients in a hospital between March 2021 and January 2022. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received ceramic art-assisted drug therapy, and the control group received conventional drug therapy. By observing and recording the anxiety scores, attention scores, and behavioral problems scores of the study subjects during the treatment process, while using SPSS22.0 software for data analysis, the differences in the treatment effects of the two groups were compared and tested for significance.

The mean values of anxiety scores decreased by 30.26% and 15.49%, the mean values of attention scores increased by 20.26% and 11.54%, and the mean values of behavioural problem scores decreased by 24.06% and 18.83% in the observation group and the control group, respectively, after treatment. The observation group was better than the control group in anxiety scores, attention scores and behavioural problem scores, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).

Compared with conventional medication, ceramic art-assisted medication can significantly reduce anxiety scores, improve attention scores and reduce behavioural problems, which has clinical promotion and application value.

Anxiety disorder is a common psychological disorder, especially prominent in the college student population, so the research on the role of using innovative teaching interventions in English in colleges and universities on the regulation of students’ anxiety disorder has a certain value.

60 college student patients were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 30 in each group. The control group received paroxetine treatment; the experimental group utilized Morita hybrid therapy for psychological care on the basis of paroxetine under the innovative teaching intervention of college English. The treatment cycle of both groups was 3 months. Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores were used before and after treatment, and data were analyzed by using SAS statistical software.

After 1 month, the anxiety scale score was (10.63 ± 3.01), which was better than that of the control group (14.03 ± 4.75), P<0.05. After 2-3 months, the effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%) (P<0.05). The healing rate of the experimental group was 70.00%, which was significantly higher than 43.33% in the control group (P<0.05).

Under the innovative teaching intervention of English in colleges and universities, the combined application of paroxetine and Morita hybrid therapy can improve students’ anxiety symptoms and increase the cure rate, which has good clinical promotion value.

Depression poses a serious threat to the physical and mental health of students. Music and ideology courses have an important position in college education, which is significant for improving the mental health of students.

100 college students with depression were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 people in each group. The experimental group received music and ideology and politics curriculum reform based on sound personality cultivation; the control group received traditional music and ideology and politics curriculum education. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to assess before treatment, after treatment and during the follow-up period, respectively, and the data were analyzed by using SPSS23.0.

The mean HAMD scores of the experimental and control groups decreased by 9.8 and 7.3 points after treatment, respectively. The mean HAMA score decreased by 6.8 and 5.2 points in the experimental and control groups, respectively. During the post-treatment follow-up period, the symptoms of depression and anxiety in the experimental group continued to improve while the symptoms in the control group rebounded, and the results showed that the difference was significant (P<0.05).

The reform of music and ideology courses in colleges and universities based on the cultivation of sound personality has a positive impact on the treatment of students’ depression and has a positive role in promoting the improvement of students’ mental health.

Patients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) suffer from mental illnesses as a result of certain psychological stimuli. The recipient’s psychology is somewhat regulated by music education as an art form, and the efficiency of psychological regulation is also influenced by the educational methods used. As a result, people with post-traumatic stress disorder may benefit psychologically from music therapy.

In order to explore the impact of different music teaching methods on the psychological intervention effect of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder, this study selected 150 patients with post-traumatic stress disorder and randomly divided them into three groups on average. The first group is a blank group, which does not receive any form of music education. The second group is the online teaching group, which accepts online music education and teaching. The third group is the offline teaching group, which receives offline music education and teaching. The treatment effect is analyzed by using the Psychological Resilience Scale (CD-RISC).

The CD-RISC scores for the blank group, online group, and offline group were 40.26 ± 2.89, 41.06 ± 1.52, and 40.53 ± 1.26, respectively. After receiving different forms of music education, the CD-RISC scores of the blank group, online group, and offline group were 41.83 ± 1.42, 68.46 ± 3.26, and 75.26 ± 2.55, respectively.

Both online and offline music teaching methods can improve the psychological state of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder, and offline teaching methods have better improvement effects.

Cross border e-commerce English is the business English used by cross-border operating enterprises, which is highly frequently used in daily work and mostly communicates with foreign customers, creating a strong language environment.

In order to explore the impact of cross-border e-commerce English course construction on students’ English learning anxiety, the study randomly selected 100 students as experimental subjects in a certain university and divided them into two groups. One group is a blank group, where students only receive traditional English education and learning, while the other group is an experimental group. The experimental group received cross-border e-commerce English course learning. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Pittsburgh Sleep Index Assessment (PSQI) were used as statistical scales to analyze the relief effect of learning anxiety.

The HAMA scores of the blank group and experimental group before the experiment were 22.16 ± 2.13 and 25.13 ± 1.26, while the HAMA scores of the two groups after the experiment were 21.83 ± 1.43 and 17.73, respectively. In the index evaluation of PSQI, the scores of the blank group and the experimental group before the experiment were 15.23 ± 3.12 and 16.29 ± 2.54, respectively. The scores after the experiment were 11.26 ± 2.99 and 9.46 ± 1.76, respectively. The anxiety score and sleep score of the experimental group showed a greater downward trend.

The construction of cross-border e-commerce English curriculum system can effectively alleviate students’ English learning anxiety.
