The original manuscript was published with the following errors:

On pages 15 and 16 an authors name was incorrectly spelled as ‘Henrikas Muckevicius’ the correct spelling is ‘Henrikas Mickevičius’.

On pages 16 and 17 the author reference to the ‘Human Rights Committee’ is incorrect and the correct term is ‘Commission on Human Rights’.

In addition, the supplementary material has now been updated online.
