[French] This paper, first written in the month of November, in the sixth year [1418–19]2 of the reign of King [Henry] the fifth after the conquest of England, makes full remembrance of all the receipts and expenses made by the Masters for the time being of the fraternity and mistery of the Brewers of the city of London, founded in the parish church of All Hallows in London Wall: William Sevenoke then being mayor of the same city, John Perneys and [Ralph] Barton sheriffs of the same city, [1418–19] and William atte Wode, William Edrich, William Ferrour, and John Reyner being the Masters of the aforesaid fraternity. And in this year John Morey, then clerk of the same Brewers, died, to wit on the 10th day of the month of February, in the sixth year, abovesaid. And on the 14th day of the same month of February, William Porlond was received into the same office, to be clerk of the said Brewers, and the said William ordained this book, to have cognizance of all the things done in the mistery and fraternity abovesaid, for all the time that the said William should be clerk of the said Brewers.

Which remains as profit to the Masters, that is, William atte Wode and his fellow
Masters of the craft, William Ederich, William Ferrour, John Reyner
And a memorandum that the aforesaid Robert Stapill lately in Wood Street [damaged]

John Laurence enfranchised at the request of John Stantonne, brewer.
Sum £6 8s. 4d.
There remains as profit to the Masters, written below, 55s., that is, William atte Wode and his fellows.
