Summary
in ye Late declaration of the statutes of the cathedrall church of Norwich presented to his Majestie it was ordered that the mannor of Hindolveston should be annexed to the Deanery for a corps for ever.
But this being exceeding preiudicial to the foundation of the sayd Church, the Deane and prebendaries have humbly petitioned, that the sayd declaration may be newly ingrossed. The Annexation of the sayd mannor of Hindolveston being omitted only. And all the rest to stand.
Concerning which his Majesty is pleased that it should so be drawen and had commaunded me to give you warrant for it, which here I doe under mye hand.
Guil: London:
April. 27. 1629.
To my Verye Worthye and much honoured frend Sir Robert Heath his Majestyes Attournye Gennerall.
