Laing includes among her sources a passage which is one of two additions in the lower margin, both in the same s. xiii in. hand (Ker's dating). Ælfric's Second Sermon after Easter (Cameron no. B1.1.19) begins imperfectly at the head of the page with ‘to gitsunge sume he arærð …’ (Clemoes, p. 214, line 45). At the foot of the page the present MS omits the end of this sermon (Clemoes, p. 316, lines 87–89), and substitutes (as do also CUL Ii.4.6, BL Cotton Faustina A.IX, Camb. Corpus Christi Col 188 and Camb. Trinity Col B.15.34) a long additional passage by Ælfric beginning ‘Ge magon gehyran …’ (Clemoes, Appendix B.3, pp. 535–542). The two s. xiii additions in the lower margin are (a) four lines which contain the conventional ending of the sermon: ‘Manega synd hirdas vndor criste 7 ðeoh ƿaðere he is ana heora [bal.a] hyrda se ðe loefað 7 rixað mid fað 7 halgum gaste a on echenesse amen’, and (b), the passage printed by Laing (and Ker) – four lines which provide an introduction to the long additional passage: ‘Men ða leffostan us lareoƿhum gedafenað þa soðem lare ðe god silf gesette ðurch vs halgan ƿitegan 7 þurch hine silfne eoƿh gelome seggan to eoƿhres lifes richtinge and be magon gehiran on ðare’. The first added passage substitutes the word in square brackets for the conventional ‘ealra’ of Clemoes's edition.

As reported by Ker, there are OE interlinear glosses/alterations in hands of s. xii and xiii in. on pp. 119, 157, 159 and 161.
