Jackson looking on, is being sworn in as Assistant Attorney General, Antitrust Division, by “Attorney General Homer Cummings.” The individual identified as Cummings is really Ugo Carusi, who served as executive assistant to the Attorney General and who bore little resemblance to the tall and patrician Cummings.Google Scholar
