2 Identical reservations were made in special procès-verbaux by the U.S.S.R., the Ukrainian S.S.R. and the Byelorussian S.S.R. when the convention was signed on their behalf on Dec. 16, 1949, and by Czechoslovakia when the convention was signed on its behalf on December 28, 1949.
