Article Premier. — L'Association a pour but de contribuer aux soins à donner aux malades et aux blessés, en cas de guerre ou d'autres malheurs nationaux.

Art. 2. — L'œuvre de l'Association a pour base la Convention de Genève, du 6 juillet 1906.
