Two new species of Exitianus Ball (Homoptera, Cicadelloidea, Euscelidae) related to E. turneri Ross, One Infesting Rice in Ghana

Abstract
Exitianus occidentalis from rice in Ghana and E. centralis from Uganda and Congo, forming a subgroup with the hitherto unique species E. turneri Ross, are described as new. Comparative illustrations and notes are given for all three species.
