Kneading theory for tree maps

Abstract

Using the techniques developed in Alves and Sousa Ramos (Comm. Math. Phys.204(1) (1999), 89–114), we generalize the Milnor and Thurston results about the zeta function, semiconjugacy and topological entropy of interval maps to tree maps.
