Estadios de adaptación a un diagnóstico médico de una condición somática grave

Resumen
El diagnóstico de una condición somática grave puede precipitar un proceso de afrontamiento de siete estadios: conmoción, negación, postergación, negociación, depresión, ira y adaptación. Se proponen métodos psicométricos y estadísticos para operacionalizar los estadios.
