In the first issue of Infection Control I discussed hospital infection control committee minutes and reports. Recently there have been cases involving hospital infection control committee minutes and reports, Sherman and Farley infra, and this information should be available to the infection control community. There are also two earlier cases that have bearing as precedents; these four cases will be discussed in chronological order.
