The Study of Scattering Effects by VLBI Observations of PSR 0329+54 with HALCA at 1650 MHZ

PSR0329+54 was observed at 1.6 GHz with a space-ground radio interferometer with HALCA as a space radio telescope. The initial results of data processing are discussed.
