General Assembly Resolution 3411 D (XXX) of November 29, 1975, in its operative paragraph 3, “calls upon all Governments and organizations not to deal with any institutions or authorities of the bantustans or to accord any form of recognition to them.” The recorded vote was 99 in favor to none against, with 8 abstentions.]
