Les marins neutres et le droit humanitaire: un précédent en matière de protection des neutres lors des conflits armés

Le pétrel est un petit oiseau de mer de couleur foncée qui, par gros temps, vole entre les vagues pour se protéger. Les vieux marins l'appellent «oiseau des tempêtes«, car il annonce le danger.
