Abstract:

Two species of lichenicolous fungi discovered in Turkey are described as new to science: Lichenostigma triseptata sp. nov. (on Aspicilia caesiocinerea) and Stigmidium johnii sp. nov. (on Caloplaca sp.). In addition, S. caloplacae is considered to be a synonym of S. cerinae.
