Abstract

Titanium and aluminium alkoxide derivatives with polymerizable ligands such as 2- (methacryloyloxy)ethylacetoacetate (HAAEMA), oleic acid and geraniol (HOGE) have been obtained. The various compounds have been characterized by FT-IR and NMR 1H. Copolymerization with styrene and divinylbenzene affords porous doped organic materials which have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), elemental analysis, density measurements.
