“That the Contracting Governments take appropriate action to ensure that the fishing for Atlantic Salmon Salmo salar L in the waters outside national fishing limits be prohibited in the Convention Area”. This proposal entered into force for all Contracting Governments except Denmark, Norway and the Federal Republic of Germany on 3 April 1970. Ed.
