Cambridge University Press would like to announce some changes to the Tempo editorial team. With this issue, Calum MacDonald retires as Editor. Calum has been associated with the journal since 1971. He has served as Editor since the early 1980s, and steered the journal through the transition from its original publishers, Boosey & Hawkes, to Cambridge. We are pleased to let you know that Calum's association with Tempo will continue, as he joins the Advisory Board with the title of Editor Emeritus.
With this issue, we also say farewell to our long-serving Advertising Manager Arthur Boyars, who steps down after an involvement with Tempo going back to 1974.
Finally, we are delighted to welcome Bob Gilmore as Editor; he will be assisted by Juliet Fraser who, as Reviews Editor, assumes responsibility for the journal's review sections. More details about the to-be reorganized review section can be found in the online instructions for contributors: journals.cambridge.org/TEM/ifc
Consequently, contact details for the journal will now change. Please use tempoeditor@cambridge.org for submissions and general editorial correspondence, and temporeviews@cambridge.org for all correspondence relating to the review sections. The postal address for hard-copy correspondence and review materials remains the same: Tempo, PO Box 171, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 6WD UK. Advertising for the journal will now be handled via ad_sales@cambridge.org and USAdsales@cambridge.org. From now, macval@compuserve.com ceases to be the editorial address for email correspondence.
Please join us in thanking Calum and Arthur for their excellent stewardship of the journal, and in wishing Bob and Juliet all the best in their new roles.
