The Journal of Dairy Research is an international journal that publishes original scientific research on all aspects of the biology, wellbeing and technology of lactating animals and the foods they produce. All aspects of milk production by livestock will be considered, including feedstuffs, nutrition, management, physiology, health and wellbeing, the quality and characteristics of milk, its processing, products, distribution, and marketing.
