Summary
Mr. Attorney.
His Majestie out of his royall grace to the prosperous estate of his Universitye of Oxford is pleased to renew and confirme to them and theire successors theire former Charters and Priviledges with explanations and enlargements of some of theire auncient liberties together with additions of some new grants conteined under them; as also of some other new priveledges as by the particulars heretounto annexed may appeare; According unto which his Majesties pleasure is; That you prepare a Bill for his royall Signature with such further beneficiall clauses as you shall thinke fitt for the good of the said Universitye. And this shall bee your warrant in that behalf.
