Honoured Sir.

I have been a little crazy, and have taken physick, and doe therfore pray you to excuse me, both this morninge at the Irish Committye, and in the afternoone at Counsell. I have lykewise here sent you backe the Copye of the Letter concerninge Oxford, with very little alteration. I hartily pray you to gett his Majestys Hande to it, that I may have it to send away on Friday, else it will come to late. Soe I leave you to the Grace of God, and rest
