You are by his Majestys expresse Command to send a Messenger for the Partys named in this inclosed, and to send such a Messenger as you can trust, and will be able to bringe him safe. And when he comes up, you must be sure to laye him safe until his Majestys pleasure be farther knowne. Soe in great hast I leave you to Gods grace and rest
