For both men and women, Incontinence is one of the surest ways to reduce our quality of life. A very common concern. Many adults don’t drink enough fluid for fear of incontinence. This can have dangerous ramifications and can lead to dehydration, which is a serious concern. Older adults have decreased awareness of thirst.
