Prologue to the English translation of the Anglo-Norman Miroir of Robert de Gretham, begins imperfectly at a point corresponding to p. 5, line 1 of Blumreich's edition and p. 7, line 14 of Duncan and Connolly's edition. Printed Blumreich, pp. 5–19; Duncan & Connolly, pp. 7–23 (odd pages only). In an empty space at the foot of p. 9a the words: ‘Lux fulgebit allelua fuit homo missus a deo cui erat’ (pace Duncan) in a s. xvi hand in what appears to be drypoint.
Other texts: For a list of the five MSS containing the full cycle of the Mirror, see the end of the present entry. Prologue adapted in a tract in CUL Ii.6.26, pp. 102–116 (or ff. 51v–58v). Cf. Anne Hudson, Lollards and their Books (London, 1985), p. 107. CUL text edited Simon Hunt, pp. 330–337, 489–490. On pp. 430–462, 510–512 he also edits the unadapted Prologue with Glasgow UL, Hunterian 250 as a base text.
