rob: We'll get stuck into him!
serge: A [town] councillor! That's what it is. We're not asking them to tell us, we're gonna tell them!
carson: That's it, it's our area!
serge: We can tell them: Do something about the area!
carson: That's it!
rob: I reckon it would be good to sit here and get him to listen to us …
paul: Get the mayor! He's a councillor, isn't he?
rob: … how our problems are. That might be able to sort 'em out, kind of thing, you know what I mean? Get a solution to some of our problems.
serge: The rubbish everywhere. They're not helping to clean it up. So maybe we can tell them … to employ us, for a day, just to … you know what I mean?
carson: You know, yeah! They send a truck out once a month, employ a whole heap of kids, you know, give 'em a stick with a pin on the end.
paul: What, you're just gonna complain about rubbish? What else are you gonna com [too excited to finish his word] … There's not that much wrong with the place! It's just …
serge: Not much wrong with the joint, man!
paul: Well, what? Come on! Come on! What?
nick: Well, what's there to do here?
serge: That's right! What is there to do? You gotta start somewhere, don't you? Something's gotta start.
