In this webinar organised by the Business and Human Rights Journal, the five contributors to the special issue on “beyond human rights due diligence” (HRDD) – Juan Pablo Bohoslavsky, Barnali Choudhury, Julia Dehm, David Karp and Marianna Leite – discussed the limits of the concept of HRDD from normative, conceptual and operational perspectives. The speakers also shared their views about other approaches needed to ensure that businesses play their part in realising human rights. The webinar was moderated by Surya Deva, one of the founding Editors-in-Chief of the BHRJ.
