Bipolar Disorder (BD) is a severe mental disorder with a high genetic load, in which is relevant to identify potential differences in affective temperaments between both diagnostic subtypes.

To find differences between BDI and BDII patients in affective temperaments evaluated by Temperament Evaluation of the Memphis, Pisa, Paris, and San Diego TEMPS-A.

A sample of 407 euthymic patients with diagnosis of bipolar disorder type I (BDI= 307) or type II (BDII= 100) according to DSM-IV-TR criteria being age 18 or older was recruited from the Bipolar and Depressive Disorders Unit of the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona. Five affective temperaments were evaluated using the TEMPS-A. It was initially verified that the scores of these temperaments do not fulfil the assumption of normality by means of tests. Differences in means were estimated using Mann-Whitney U and Chi square tests (p <0.05) as appropriate, and ANCOVA controlling the effect of confounding variables.

Data revealed that patients with BD II had significantly higher scores in four affective temperaments: dysthymic, cyclothymic, irritable and anxious compared to BDI. After controlling the most relevant moderating variables, BDII patients continued to show higher scores in irritable temperament .

BDII patients present a more irritable temperament than BDI (p=0,037), which can affect the course and management of the disease. It could be suggested that presenting higher scores of these temperaments could be associated with BDII and further studies are needed to replicate this finding since it might help the clinicians in early phases to guide in the diagnostic process.

The integration of virtual reality into everyday life is changing sociocultural practices, including those related to cyberaggression, which causes negative consequences for mental health and well-being. Particular attention needs to be paid to the poorly researched but widespread roles of bystanders and defenders in cyberaggression (Machackova, 2020; Polanco-Levican, Salvo-Garrido, 2021).

The aim is to study the behavioral witness strategies in cyberaggression in VR and their relation to personal and psychophysiological characteristics.

50 adolescents aged 14-18 years old (50% female) witnessed cyberaggression in an experimental situation in the virtual space of VR-chat. Participants also filled Ten-Item Personality Inventory (Gosling et al., 2003; Egorova, Parshikova, 2016), I7-Impulsiveness (Eysenck, Eysenck, 1985; Kornilova, Dolnikova, 2011), Prosocial Behaviour (Furmanov, Kuhtova, 1998). To determine the functional state Heart rate variability (UPTF 1/30 Psychophysiologist, Mediсom) was measured before and after the experiment.

Behavioral strategies in VR-aggression were divided into uninvolved bystanders (58%) and defenders (42%). All participants experienced stress and functional state decline when faced with cyberaggression, but the defenders were more affected (U=207, p<0.043). Defenders were more likely to have higher social responsibility (U=207, p<0.056) and lower neuroticism (U=208, p<0.054). There were no significant differences in impulsiveness.

Cyberaggression in a virtual environment is stressful, especially for active defenders, who are more included in the situation compared to passive bystanders. The prosocial role of a defender rather than a passive bystander may be related to such characteristics as social responsibility and emotional stability, but not to impulsiveness. Mutism is the inability or unwillingness to speak, resulting in an absence or marked paucity of verbal output. Mutism is a common manifestation of psychiatric, neurological, and drug-related illnesses. Psychiatric disorders associated with mutism include schizophrenia, affective disorders, conversion reactions, dissociative states, and dementias. Neurological disorders causing mutism affect the basal ganglia, frontal lobes, or the limbic system.

Outline the importance of setting a differential diagnosis of mutism in the Emergency Room.

Review of scientific literature based on a relevant clinical case.

Male, 58 years old. He has lived in a residence for 3 months due to voluntary refusal to ingest. Diagnosed with paranoid personality disorder. He is refered to the Emergency Service due to sudden mutism. During this day, he has been stable and suitable with a good functionality. For 3 hours he is mutist, oppositional attitude and stiff limbs, refusing to obey simple orders. Hyperalert and hyperproxia. Not staring. After ruling out organic pathology: normal blood tests, negative urine toxins and cranial CT without alterations, he was admitted to Psychiatry for observation and, finally, he was diagnosed with Psychotic Disorder NOS.

Mutism most often occurs in association with other disturbances in behavior, thought processes, affect, or level of consciousness. The most common disorder of behavior occurring with mutism is catatonia. The differential diagnosis of mutism is complex. In some cases the diagnosis will be clarified only by careful observation and after a neurological evaluation. Published studies show neurological disorders presenting with mutism can be misdiagnosed as psychiatric.

Bipolar disorder (BD) is a chronic and recurrent illness frequently associated with functional deterioration and treatment challenges. High rates of thyroid dysfunction have been found in patients with BD, compared to the general population.

To illustrate through a case-report the therapeutic challenges of treatment-resistant bipolar disorder and its relationship with thyroid dysfunction.

Case report of a 41-year-old male patient with BD and comorbid anxiety disorders who has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and underwent total thyroidectomy.

Mr B is a 41 year old patient diagnosed with BD and comorbid anxiety disorders (panic disorder, social anxiety disorder and generalized anxiety disorder) at age 18. He has presented in total 17 relapses and was hospitalized 7 times between the ages of 18 and 24. He experienced predominantly major depressive episodes with mixed features and debilitating anxiety symptoms. He was put on several treatments including a combination of mood stabilizers, antidepressants and benzodiazepines. Due to unsatisfactory treatment response, he was put on clozapine 150mg to 175mg/d combined with valproic acid, clonazepam. In 2009, the patient developed a nodular goiter caused by papillary thyroid carcinoma and underwent total thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine therapy. Following the surgical operation and stabilization of thyroid functioning, a decrease in the number of relapses and the severity of mood and anxiety symptoms have been noted.

This case reports highlights the importance of thyroid function assessment in patients with bipolar disorder and the possible correlation to treatment resistance and symptom severity.

The incidence of Anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis is 1.5 per million population per year but it has only been described sporadically in the paediatric population. The median age of onset is 21 years old. In children, seizures, abnormal movements, insomnia, and irritability are more frequently identified than psychosis or abnormal behavior. Early detection and treatment can improve treatment outcomes.

Presentation of a case of a paediatric patient with Anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis displaying homicidal behavior towards her family members

Case report

A 12 year old with no significant past psychiatric and medical history, was brought in by police to the hospital after she attempted to stab her mother with a knife. She had low grade fever, headaches and lethargy prior to presentation. Organic workup revealed serum and CSF anti-nmda receptor to be positive. She received early treatment with steroids and intravenous immunoglobulins and no longer harboured further homicidal ideations.

Initial suspicion of anti-NDMA receptor encephalitis should be raised and early auto-immune workup performed in paediatric patients presenting with acute change in behavior especially in young females with no past medical or psychiatric history

Recently, several antidepressants, mood stabilizers, and antipsychotics have been suggested to have favorable effects in the treatment of COVID-19.

The aim of this systematic review was to collect evidence from preclinical and clinical studies concerning the scientific evidence for the repurposing of psychotropic drugs in COVID-19 treatment.

Two independent authors searched PubMed-MEDLINE, Scopus, PsycInfo, Clinical Trial Registration Site US (ClinicalTrials.gov) databases, and reviewed the reference lists of articles for eligible articles published up to May 31st, 2021. All preclinical and clinical studies on the effect of any psychotropic drug on Sars-CoV-2 or patients with COVID-19 were included. The Newcastle-Ottawa scale was used for the quality assessment of clinical studies. This systematic review adheres to the PRISMA guidelines.

22 studies were included in the synthesis: 9 clinical studies, 9 preclinical studies, and 4 computational studies. The use of antidepressants, both SSRI and non-SSRI, was associated with a reduced risk of severe complications of COVID-19. Several antipsychotics showed an increased risk for both Sars-CoV-2 infection and severe complications during COVID-19.

The current evidence supports a potential anti-SARS-CoV-2 role for several antidepressants, while the evidence on mood stabilizers or antipsychotics remains controversial. Drug repurposing proved highly successful in response to the current pandemic and psychotropic medications are widely used in clinical practice with well-known safety and tolerability profiles, showing antiviral, immunomodulatory, and anti-inflammatory properties, being perfect candidates for possible treatment of COVID-19. Further research will deliver optimized and specific therapeutic tools that will increase the preparedness of health systems for possible future epidemics.

Childhood maltreatment (CM) is one of the best described environmental risk factors for developing any psychiatric disorder, while it also confers increased odds for obesity, cardiometabolic disorders and all-cause mortality. Inflammation has been suggested to mediate the widespread clinical effects of CM. Previously, Ligthart et al. (2016) identified a polyepigenetic signature of circulating CRP levels, a measure of chronic low-grade inflammation, that has been reliably associated with a wide array of complex disorders. The study of this biomarker could dilucidate the mechanistic relationship between CM and psychiatric outcomes.

Thus, CRP-associated epigenetic modifications were explored regarding proximal exposure to CM.

Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 157 children and adolescents (7 to 17 years old). Exposure to CM was assessed following the TASSCV criteria. Genome-wide DNA methylation was assessed by means of the EPIC array. Fifty-two out of the 58 original CRP-associated CpG sites surpassed quality control and were included in the analysis. Age, sex, psychopathological status and cell type proportions were included as covariates.

DNA methylation at 12 out of 52 CpG sites (23%) was significantly associated with exposure to CM (p < .05); 8 of these associations survived correction for multiple testing (q < .05).

This is the first study to date to explore the relationship between childhood maltreatment and an epigenetic signature of chronic low-grade inflammation. Our findings underscore the presence of immune dysregulation early after exposure to CM; further studies are needed to assess the long-term clinical implications of this signature in psychiatric patients.

Patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior (MDSI) require immediate intervention. Though oral antidepressants can be effective at reducing depressive symptoms, they can take 4–6 weeks to reach full effect.

This study aimed to identify unmet needs in the treatment of patients with MDSI, specifically exploring the potential clinical benefits of rapid reduction of depressive symptoms.

A Delphi panel consisting of practicing psychiatrists (n=12) from the US, Canada and EU was conducted between December 2020–June 2021. Panelists were screened to ensure they had sufficient experience with managing patients with MDD and MDSI. Panelists completed two survey rounds, and a virtual consensus meeting.

This research confirmed current unmet needs in the treatment of patients with MDSI.

Hopelessness, functional impairment, worsening of MDD symptoms, recurrent hospitalization and higher risk of suicide attempt were considered as key consequences of the slow onset of action of oral antidepressants.

Treatment with rapid acting antidepressant was anticipated by panelists to provide short-term benefit such as rapid reduction of core MDD symptoms which may contribute to shorter hospital stays and improved patient engagement/compliance, allowing for earlier interventions and improved patient outcomes. For long-term benefits, panelists agreed that improved daily functioning and increased trust/confidence in treatment options, constitute key benefits of rapid-acting treatments

There is need for rapid-acting treatments which may help address key unmet needs and provide clinically meaningful benefits driven by the rapid relief of depressive symptoms particularly in patients with MDSI.

There is a high comorbidity between psychiatric disorders and juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME), observed in up to 58% of these patients; specifically, mood disorders, anxiety and personality disorders (PD). In some patients with PD there are nonspecific alterations in the EEG, which nevertheless sometimes involve pathology. The presence of personality disorders along with JME has been repeatedly described. Previous studies have emphasized the difficulties in treating patients with JME, which have been attributed to some specific psychiatric, psychological and psychosocial characteristics.

Describing distinctive personality traits in JME

Review of scientific literature based on a relevant clinical case.

19-year-old woman, single. Psychiatric history since she was 12 due to anxiety-depressive symptoms, after being diagnosed with JME. 4 admissions in Psychiatry, with a variety of diagnoses: eating disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and borderline personality disorder. The evolution of both disorders has been parallel, presenting epileptic seizures due to irregular therapeutic adherence together with pseudo-seizures, which made difficult their differential diagnosis. In addition, he has had frequent visits to the emergency room for suicide attempts and impulsive behaviors.

In 1957, for the first time, distinctive personality traits were described in patients with JME: lack of control and perseverance, emotional instability, variable self-concept and reactive mood, which have been confirmed in subsequent studies. It is believed as epilepsy progresses, patients tend to develop symptoms of depression, anxiety, social problems, and attention deficit. Therefore, these patients have difficulty in following medical recommendations, especially precautions regarding precipitating factors for seizures.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is associated with exposure to an actual death or serious injury threatening event , as is the example of an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patient, and it is characterized by dissociative, avoidance, cognitive and mood symptoms. (1) It is known that ICU patients may develop PTSD with an incidence rate of 10%. (2)

Comprehend the correlation between PTSD development and ICU care and its risk factors and ways of prevention.

The authors conducted a literature review by searching the Pubmed database using the keywords PTSD; ICU; Risk Factors; Prevention.

The studies show that the risk factors are associated to: Intensive care like mechanic ventilation, sedation (like using midazolam, lorazepam or opioid); individual’s characteristics like being younger than 50 years old, personal history of depression, feminine gender and lower levels of cortisol, and experiencing cognitive alterations, as hallucinations, delirium, amnesia and delirant memory, or anxiety while under ICU care. (1,3,4,5) As a form of prevention non pharmacological measures are the most consensual. Pharmacologic hypothesis should be applied in the first 6 hours of trauma and could be hydrocortisone, as it is thought to be a protective factor for memory consolidation, but the conclusions are not consistent.(6)

There are a lot of people that develop PTSD in the ICU context who are not diagnosed and therefore not treated. In this way, it is necessary to identify the patients with more risk factors, apply the non-pharmacological measures and evaluate the person after discharge.

Successful stabilization of patients with mental disorders requires most of the times the use of more than one antipsychotic medications with increase prevalence of clozapine in refractory cases. Constipation consists one of the most debilitating side effect of the therapy, which gradually progresses to a chronic state of bowel movement dysfunction, with recurrent episode of paralytic ileus of various severity.

We describe the case of a middle age male treated with clozapine for refractory mental disorder, who developed ileus and subsequent bowel dysfunction not amenable to laxatives.

The acute episode have been treated conservatively with nasogastric decompression, intravenous replacement of fluids and electrolytes, antibiotics chemoprophylaxis and low molecular weight heparin. His overall physical status was unremarkable for obesity, diabetes, hypertension, allergies, previous operations and a former endoscopic evaluation conducted in the recent past, which had ruled out malignant neoplastic disease.

A course of per os prucalopride have been instituted, which showed preliminary promising results in restoring proper bowel movements, without any serious side effect and without the need to discontinue his course with antipsychotics. Prucalopride is a 5 HT4 agonist which selectively binds to the receptors of the intestine, resulting in muscular contractions as well as clorium secretion from the mucosa promoting an osmotic defecation.The substance has been extensively use in the treatment of irritable bowel disease of the chronic constipation type.

We suggest the more systematic use of this agent in this group of patients after proper endoscopic evaluation and restoration of all secondary causes of constipation.

Numerous evidences point out how migrants use health services differently than the natives. Migrants turn more frequently to the ED for psychiatric problems and less to territorial psychiatric services than the native population. Other differences can be found in terms of diagnosis, type of discharge, type of hospitalization.

Our study has the objective of evaluating the incidence of psychiatric hospitalizations of migrant patients compared to natives in a well-defined area of the metropolitan city of Bologna and evaluate the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on the incidence of psychiatric hospitalizations among migrants and on their clinical characteristics.

The study conducted is of an observational and retrospective type on migrant and native patients admitted to the psychiatric unit “SPDC-Malpighi” of the DSM-DP of Bologna AUSL between 01/01/2018 and 31/12/2020.

Migrants were more likely to be admitted via ED and less likely to be referred from a CMHC or from non-psychiatric hospital unit compared with natives. Most migrants were discharged at home while natives more frequently chose to self-discharge. With regard to diagnosis, migrants were more likely to be admitted due to a SSD, while natives were more likely to be diagnosed with a MD or SUD.

We confirm the presence of differences in access to care, type of discharge and type of diagnosis between migrants and natives. Further studies to investigate changes in pre and post Covid admissions in migrants would be needed.

Despite the fact that adolescents have been at higher risk of distress during the COVID-19 pandemic, the effect of pandemic on psychotic-like experiences (PLEs) is not well described.

The study’s objective is to evaluate if PLEs are induced in young individuals aged 18-24 during the pandemic.

A total of 201 college students from Pakistan (ages 18-24) were recruited for a cross-sectional research. We investigated the incidence of PLEs in Pakistan during the pandemic, their links to socio-demographic factors, COVID-19-related characteristics, depression, anxiety, and sleep difficulties. Community Assessment of Psychic Experience’s positive symptom component (CAPE), Patient Health Questionnaire, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, and IBM SPSS 25 were used.

CAPE-Frequency and CAPE-stress were positively associated with PHQ total (p<0.0010); GAD total (p<0.001); time spent indoors due to COVID-19 (p<0.001). Psychiatric disorder other than bipolar disorder or psychosis (p<0.001 for CAPE-frequency and stress), family history of psychiatric disorders (p<0.001 for CAPE-frequency and stress), chronic medical disease (p=0.021 CAPE-frequency and p=0.026 CAPE-stress), illegal drug usage (p<0.001 for CAPE-frequency and stress) were associated with CAPE-Frequency and CAPE-stress. In linear stepwise regression analysis, the best model predicted CAPE-Frequency explained 77.4% of variance with the following variables: PHQ total (B=0.552, SE= 0.08, t=6.909, p<0.001), GAD total (p<0.001), duration at home (p<0.001), and psychiatric disorder in family (p<0.001).

PLEs have been linked with anxiety and depression during the pandemic. Individuals with a mental condition, family history of psychiatric disorder, chronic medical illness, illicit drug use, and increased time spent at home experienced more PLEs and stress.

The creation of mathematical models for determining the risk of Alzheimer’s disease in patients with mild cognitive impairment based on immune markers of blood is important for differential diagnosis of AD, assessment of the clinical state of patients at different stages of the disease, and optimization of therapy.

To assess the risk of AD in patients with amnestic type of mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) with the use of such markers of inflammation as enzymatic activity of leukocyte elastase (LE) and the functional activity of α1-proteinase inhibitor (α1-PI).

The object of mathematical analysis on the basis of cluster analysis and logistic regression was the database, including the results of the above immunological parameters (enzyme activity of LE and functional activity of α1-PI.) in plasma of 78 patients with aMCI receiving outpatient treatment in the clinic of FSBSI “Mental Health Research Centre”. Among the examined patients there were 25 men and 53 women aged 44 to 89 years (69.1 ± 9.95).

Clustering by k-means and classification by logistic regression indicate the risk of developing AD in patients with aMCI depending on the activity of LE and α1-PI in blood plasma. The total coincidence of objects included in the clusters and in the AD risk group was 94%.

The high coincidence of the two different methods of grouping confirms the previously stated position on the possibility of identifying patients with a high risk of AD among patients with aMCI in the activity of LE and α1-PI in the blood of patients.

The covid19 pandemic has led to a major health crisis and the healthcare workers, who are the first to respond, are generally the ones who pay the highest price. Their safety, both physical and psychological, should be a priority in the management of this pandemic.

We aim to assess anxiety and depression in caregivers with covid19 and to identify the many factors that may be responsible for this psychological distress.

A cross-sectional survey was conducted among healthcare workers at the different health structures located in Kairouan-Tunisia from October to December 2020 within the framework of a crisis unit set up by the Ministry of Health. Through phone interviews, demographic and clinical data were collected at first, then psychological impact was evaluated using hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD).

68 healthcare workers (47 females) with covid-19 were included in this study with an average age of 44.12 years: 38 nurses, 21 hospital employees and 9 doctors working at the Ibn Jazzar hospital (47%), the Aghlabite hospital (20%) and the dispensaries of Kairouan (33%). Among them, 8 had a depression score >10 and 20 had an anxiety score >10. Moreover, 90% feared contaminating their loved ones and 43% reported sleep disturbance and irritability during the containment period. The most important causes reported were the non-availability of means of protection (41,2%) and the increase in workload (64,7%).

The prevention of the negative psychological impact of COVID-19 on the affected health professionals is essential to preserve their well-being and to ensure the continuity of care.

COVID pandemic very much influenced therapeutic organisation of psychiatric care. This also applies to our hospital. Especially therapeutic activities in stationary wards.

We would like to show changes occurring in psychotherapy group of the patients with psychotic disorder in the stationary ward in core of pandemic.

I would like to present a qualitative description of psychotherapy group in the context of COVID. The group is designed for patients with experience of psychosis, grounded in psychodynamic school and has a long tradition at an acute admission in stationary psychiatric department.

During the pandemic there were epidemiological constraints. From six members of personnel in the basic assumptions, we reduced to minimum. So from two co-therapists, reflecting team and an observer, we ended leading the group every second time with one of the therapists. Despite of our efforts to maintain a continuous group, the group was closed for more than half a year and then reactivated based on old rules and roots, but less consistent memory of group members. During this most strict reduction of personnel, which would never have been accepted apart from the pandemic restrictions appeared a few interesting phenomenon. One of them was - twin groups. With the colleague we lead the group every second time. The group shows us a similar picture twice.

As we understand, twin groups is a way to try to keep this group together in its already damaged setting. For the moment the abstract submission group is continuing to work within its present arrangement.

Clinical relapses in schizophrenia remain a frequent event. Long-acting injectable (LAI) antipsychotics enhance adherence, but low blood levels can sometimes be observed despite an adequate posology. Nonetheless, the evaluation of this parameter is uncommon in clinical practice.

To explore the potential advantages of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of LAIs as a predictor of relapse in clinically stable outpatients with schizophrenia.

44 individuals who had reached the pharmacokinetic steady state of LAI treatment (paliperidone, olanzapine, aripiprazole) underwent an anamnestic and psychopathological assessment. LAI blood levels were measured using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and classified as “in range” or “under range” according to the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Neuropsychopharmakologie und Pharmakopsychiatrie (AGNP) guideline values. Individuals who relapsed during the one-year follow-up were compared to non-relapsers (Fisher’s exact test, χ2 or Mann-Whitney U). An exploratory binary logistic regression tested the role of other possible relevant predictors of relapse.

No differences were observed in baseline use of mood stabilisers (p=0.211), antidepressants (p=0.530), or prescribed LAI (p=0.563). Other comparisons are presented in the table: among these variables, in-range LAI levels were the only significant predictor of relapse (F=5.95, p=0.015; OR 0.04, 95%CI 0.02-0.56).

TDM of LAIs may optimise the clinical management of schizophrenia by highlighting a suboptimal dosage and a consequent higher relapse risk. Large-scale, drug-specific assessments are needed to confirm these findings.

The covid-19 pandemic is a difficult global phenomenon that causes a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. This situation has involved reactions of fear. Healthcare professionals are necessarily in contact with patients, but may find themselves torn between the duty to care and the duty to protect themselves and their relatives.

To assess perceived stress among medical residents in Tunisia

We conducted a descriptive study among a representative sample of residents working at a teaching hospital in Tunis during the first half of 2021 in different departments. We prepared a questionnaire for the study divided in two parts: socio-demographic data; professional data (function, practice setting); data related to contact with covid-19 patients ; questions on fear of covid-19 contamination and the Perceived stress scale (10items)

Our sample consists of 100 residents in 10 different specialties, including 70 in services with direct contact with Covid-19 patients. Stress management is rated good for 30 residents, average for 40 residents and poor for 30 residents. This management depends on the number of guards, the number of patients examined, the technical platform available and especially the period of the pandemic.

Medical residents are in the front line in university hospitals in tunisia. The stress to which they are subjected depends on the working conditions and coping skills of each of them.

Our main objective was to compare the sociodemographic variables between men and women included in the Early Intervention Program in Psychosis of the Regional University Hospital of Malaga between the years 2016-2020.

Retrospective study in which the characteristics of 135 patients who started the Early Intervention Program in Psychosis of the Regional University Hospital of Malaga between the years 2016-2020 were analyzed. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0. For the comparison of variables, Student’s t was used for quantitative variables and Chi square for dichotomous variables.

Patients included in the Program; 32% were women and 68% were men. The average of age at the beginning was 35.56 for women and 28,47 for men. Most of the women were married and most of the men were single. The majority of men lived with their original family and for women with their own family. In relation with the consumption of toxins, alcohol and to smoke, were more frequent in men. More results in poster.

Despite the limitations due to our study design, the results obtained are in agreement with some of the discussions that are currently in force. Given that, female gender is associated with lower risk of psychosis, better premorbid adjustment, lower drug consumption and a later onset of the disease in the first-episode psychosis.
