The most common cause of vascular psychosis is cerebrovascular disease. Tipically a late-onset in the elderly is accompanied with multiple strokes (disruption of blood flow to the brain). Dementia is a clinical syndrome characterised by cognitive, neuropsychiatric, and functional symptoms. About neuropsychiatric symptoms there are multiple warnings concerning the use of antipsychotics in people with dementia due to an increased risk of death and stroke.

Presentation of a case of vascular psychosis with a literature review of antipsychotic drugs used in these cases.

We carried out a literature review in Pubmed electing those articles focused on antipsychotic treatment options.

A 81-year-old man was taken by his son seeking medical assistance due delusions of reference and auditory hallucinations. He believed that his family wanted to kill him. He had the sensation about how multiple voices were telling him about to scape from people who wanted to kill him. After a completelly study and CT, chronic microvascular infarctions where found. After onset of non effective treatment with haloperidol 1.5 mg during 1 week, we switched into risperidone 1.5mg. Effective treatment was found and now patient is under control of sypmtoms.

Different antypsichotic treatments are described in the literature. Risperidone, quetiapine and olanzapine were found as most used antipsychotic for psychosis in vascular dementia. Comparision of side effect profile of antipsychotic and effectiviness must be the target for an adecuate treatment.

Assessment of neuropsychiatric sequelae of traumatic brain injury (TBI) brings about challenges in the forensic setting, comprising analysis of neurobiological variables, preinjury variables (personality/psychiatric disturbances), postinjury psychosocial, allowing the expert witness to provide clear and appropriate explanations, so the court can decide with justice, particularly in civil law cases.

Discuss the main clinical and neuroimagiologic aspects to consider in civil litigation of TBI cases.

Comprehensive literature review.

Although accurate predictions are difficult, some generalizations can be made. Recovery from hypoxic and diffuse axonal injury (DAI) takes longer and is less complete than focal contusions. Posttraumatic amnesia is the main predictor of long-term cognitive outcome. In moderate/severe TBI (m/sTBI) occurs chronic lesion expansion (axonal degeneration) and brain atrophy. DAI topography determinates the cognitive disfunction pattern yet underestimated in conventional neuroimaging. Diffusion-Tension-Imaging (DTI) may be valuable to outcome predictions in m/sTBI: structural disconnection within the Default Mode and the Salience Networks are linked to attention and executive impairments; hippocampus and fornix damage correlates with memory/learning impairments. Conversely, DTI findings can be misleading in mild TBI (mTBI), and case-by-case analysis seldomly prove its scientific validity.

To elaborate formulations within reasonable medical certainty, outcome predictions should not be made until at least six months following the TBI, considering that most mTBI symptoms resolve in few months, and up to 1-½ years, when m/sTBI neuropathologic changes stabilize. The neurobiological underpinnings are fundamental for causality formulations, however atypical outcomes in mTBI are frequently predicated upon non–brain-injury psychiatric conditions and psychosocial factors.

The use of selectiveserotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) is an independent risk factor for bleeding events. Antidepressants and oral anticoagulants (OACs) are often prescribed together as depression and anxiety often coexist with cardiovascular diseases, atrial fibrillation and thromboembolic disorders. Serotonin is released from platelets in response to vascular injury, promoting aggregation. Inhibition of serotonin transporter (responsible for the uptake of serotonin into platelets) can lead into a reduced ability to form clots and a subsequent increase in the risk of bleeding. Direct oral aticoagulants (DOACs), rivaroxaban, apixaban and edoxaban are primarily metabolized via CYP3A4. The co-administration of antidepressants with inhibitory effects on CYP3A4 may theoretically interact with them.

Presentation of a case of upper gastrointestinal bleeding after initiation of Apixaban in a patient taking Sertraline and literature review.

We carried out a literature review in Pubmed electing those articles focused on bleeding risk between newer direct oral antigulants and selective serotinin reuptake inhibitors.

A 66-year-old woman sought medical assistance for generalized ecchymosis and melena. She was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation treated with apixaban 7 days ago. Concomitant treatment between apixaban and sertraline was the possible cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and ecchymosis. We had to switch sertraline into vortioxetine (with less dregree of serotonin reuptake inhibition) and add proton-pump inhibitor (Omeprazole) in order to decrease the risk of bleeding.

SSRIs increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, much more in case of concomitant use of oral anticoagulants. If SSRI use cannot be avoided, monitor closely and prescribe proton pump inhibitors.

The Internet Addiction Test (IAT) is a 20-item, self-reported questionnaire that measures the presence and severity of Internet addiction which is an increasing problem in adolescents. Although a Portuguese version IAT has been validated in adults, its psychometric properties have never been evaluated before, in adolescents.

To analyse the reliability and construct and concurrent validity of the IAT in a Portuguese adolescent sample.

772 adolescents (53.5% girls), mean aged 13.21±2.246, answered the Portuguese versions of the IAT and the Portuguese versions of validated scales to evaluate: Cyberbullying, Game Addiction, Agressivity and Anxiety, Depression Scales. To study the temporal stability, 377 (60.5% girls) respondents answered the questionnaires again after approximately four-six weeks. The total sample was aleatory splitted to realize the exploratory and the confirmatory factor analyses.

Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses supported a second order two-factor structure - “Isolation and Social Commitment” and F2-“Negligence and Functional Commitment”. The χ2/df value was 2.260 and had a significant p value; it had the lowest RMSEA score = .074 (p< .001) and it had the highest TLI (.980) and CFI (.905). IAT mean scores were no different between genders [Girls=29.25±18.775 vs. Boys: 30.85±17.929, p=.405]. The Cronbach’s alphas were > .85. Pearson correlation between the test and the re-test was r=.660. The IAT, video game addiction (r=.434), Cyberbullying (r=.383), anxiety (r=.209) and depression (r=.263) were significantly correlated (p<.001).

The Portuguese IAT has good reliability and validity, showing to be an adequate instrument for measuring Internet Addiction symptoms in Portuguese Adolescents.

Various social problems, financial difficulties and academic factors contribute to the fact that more and more students around the world experience mental health problems (Chen et al., 2013; Gotlib et al., 2019). On the other hand, all the sides of students’ lives – from education to family relationships – are mediated by information communication technologies, that may have broad and ambiguous influence on students mental health. What is undoubtedly that youth mental health can no longer be considered without touching on the digitalization, including in education.

The current study aims to point up positive and negative examples of intersection of education digitalization and mental health of modern youth.

Theoretical analysis of research publications and conceptualization of practical applications in education mediated by digital technologies.

A striking example of the negative impact of total digitalization of education was the sharp deterioration in mental health in the context of the transition to fully distant learning in conditions of the spread of coronavirus infection. Positive education as teaching form for both traditional skills and positive functioning and happiness provides a broad opportunities to combine the concepts of positive psychology with cutting-edge high-tech education approaches.

Digitalization of modern education can be accompanied by both mental health risks and new opportunities. Mental health support can be based on finding information about good functioning, learning and participating in community activities that are provided through websites and mobile applications. The reported study was funded by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, project number 18-29-22049.

Stigma has been associated with various groups, based on certain attributes or characteristics, such as; Race or health status is a complex and dynamic process, a universal phenomenon that is part of all social groups and is maintained by its functions related to the establishment of one’s own identity and the facilitation of socialization processes. Many societies throughout history have identified people with a mental health problem as part of a minority group considered inferior to the rest. What has made this population an object of social stigma. With the beginning of community psychiatry, and with the need to integrate people with a serious mental disorder into it, it becomes even more valuable to be able to assess the social stigma towards mental illness in the community.

The goal is to examine community attitudes towards people with mental illness.

Cross-sectional study of 228 people through an anonymous online survey. Sociodemographic variables and questionnaires were collected, such as the Community Attitudes Questionnaire towards people with Mental Illness (CAMI).

65% of respondents are women and 35% men. 74% have university studies. 18% do not agree that mental illness is an illness like any other. 1% believe that not all people can develop a mental illness. 7% of those surveyed are afraid that people with mental illness reside in their neighborhood and 14% believe that they are more dangerous people than the general population.

Given the results obtained, we observe that the stigma towards people with mental illness is still present in society.

Spirituality and religious commitment have a “protector” function among mental health patients who abuse psychoactive substances. The main task of spiritually-oriented therapy is not only to reactivate the internal control of a person, but to actualize their experience of communication with God before everything else.

Studying the influence of spiritual life-related factors on efficiency of therapy of psychiatric co-morbidities.

Clinical and psychopathological, clinical follow-up, pathopsychological and statistic.

The research covered 26 patients (the main group) diagnosed with paroxysmal schizophrenia and schizo-affective psychosis in the prospective follow-up with alcohol addiction. All patients practiced Orthodox worldviews though to a different extent, and have been participating in the spiritually-oriented rehabilitation with a family-oriented module for two years. During psychosocial rehabilitation the patients took group and individual training with a multidisciplinary team of experts: psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, specialists in sociotherapy and members of the clergy. The rehabilitation employed the principles of therapeutic community, systematic family approach [Zoricic Z., 2019], notions of coping behavior or coping strategies [Verhagen P., 2019, Pargament, K.I. et al, 2014] as well as spiritually-oriented models of assistance to patients (for example, the religion-oriented strategy of forgiveness based on REACH model [Worthington E. L. et al, 2016]).

Development of a lengthy remission is dependent on changing lifestyle and patterns, and spiritual labor of penance and forgiveness is just as important.

Social medias are seen as a risk factor for mental health because they increase body dissatisfaction and decrease self-esteem. This program is based on alimentation and physical well-being by relying on integrated intuitive eating and physical self-esteem. This program, implemented in a community setting use social media (i.e. Instagram-Loricorps), is composed of 12 monthly 180-second video capsule that address themes related to the promotion of body sensations and intuitive movement.

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of the program into the physical environment targeting the physical self-perceptions (PSP). Specifically, this study evaluates whether the eSILENCE 1.0 Program improves the level of PSP related to nutrition and explores the changes in the level and variability of the PSP.

This project is a mixed sequential explanatory study. 300 participants (Experimental Group [EG; N=200], Control Group [CG; N=100]) are targeted. Online nomothetic questionnaires evaluate occupational changes and PSP in relation to alimentation and are completed by the EG and the CG at pre-test, mid-test and post-test. Online idiographic questionnaires assess PSP and are completed by the EG before and after each video capsule and by the CG once a month without viewing the capsules. Following a preliminary analysis, a focus group will be formed to explain and deepen these results. Participants (N=5) will be recruited voluntarily into the EG.

In recent years there has been increasing interest in knowing the function of the microbiota, especially its role in the gut-brain axis. The microbiota is the set of millions of microorganisms that coexist in a symbiotic way in our body and are located in the digestive tract mainly. Numerous evidences show that the microbiota could modulate the information directed to the brain and therefore the pathogenic basis of numerous psychiatric and neurological disorders.

A better understanding of the microbiota and its interaction with the brain and mental health.

Review of recent literature about the implications of the gut microbiota in psychiatry.

The connection between the microbiota and the central nervous system (gut-brain axis) occurs through the vagus nerve, the systemic pathway (through the release of hormones, metabolites and neurotransmitters) and the immune system (through the action of cytokines). Changes in the microbiota are associated not only with gastrointestinal diseases, but also with disorders such as depression, anxiety, autism, anorexia, attention deficit and hyperactivity, Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. As some research indicates, changes in diet and composition of the microbiota can reduce the risk of suffering these diseases or reduce their symptoms. Other therapeutic alternatives postulated are the use of probiotics or fecal microbiota transplantation.

Despite growing interest in the microbiota in the last few years, little is known about the mechanisms underlying this communication. More research is expected to contribute to the design of strategies that modulate the gut microbiota and its functions in order to improve mental health.

Studied the psychological mechanisms of mental states’ self-regulation of students in the course of the educational activities: at lectures, seminars and exams.

The main aims of the study were: 1. To identify the typical methods and techniques of mental states’ self-regulation and regulatory abilities in everyday and stressful conditions of educational activity; 2. To establish the relationships between the quality of subject training, regulatory abilities and states of students; 3. To study the influence of mental structures (semantic, reflective) on self-regulation and regulatory abilities of students.

To solve these problems used a bank of 23 techniques, including 303 indicators. 260 1-st year students took part in the research (aged 18-20).

As a result of the research, identified the states typical for lectures, seminars, exams. Comparison of mental states characteristics of humanities students and students of natural sciences did not reveal any differences. Among the mental states of highly effective students, particular importance have the cognitive mental states: interest, thoughtfulness and concentration. Found that the effectiveness of students’ mental states self-regulation affects the productivity of passing the semester exam. The most commonly used methods are introspection (withdrawal), self-control, the use of logic, a positive attitude and search activity. This pattern is typical for both mathematics and psychology students.

Found that students with high self-regulation efficiency more often use a wide range of regulatory technics. Established the properties of personality, providing high efficiency of self-regulation, these are: adequacy, awareness, independence and assertiveness. The notion of subclinical psychosis is as old as Eugen Bleuler’s work on schizophrenia. It is also consistent with psychodynamic theories (see PDM-2) on the organization of personality on different levels including, among others, a psychotic level of personality organization. Research on the continuum of psychosis has offered substantial support to the view that psychotic phenotypes are significantly more prevalent than clinical psychosis.

This may imply that being “psychotic” is not necessarily being ill. This assumption raises important theoretical and clinical questions: what causes psychosis to manifest itself clinically and, conversely, what possibly prevents it from doing so?

At the same time, it potentially frees psychiatry from certain diagnostic and therapeutic impasses. It allows for a shift of emphasis from misguiding classifications and often frustrating “evidence-based” therapeutic attempts to a more personalized approach.

Diagnosis may thus rely on psychoanalytical “markers” or “indicators” regarding the subject (e.g. deficits in the symbolic register, dysregulated rapport with one’s body, problematic inscription in social relations etc.) at least as much as on symptomic phenomenology. Therapy may also take advantage of and deploy the unique coping strategies employed by the psychotic individual.

The diagnostic and therapeutic insights offered by Lacanian psychoanalysis create the possibility of a fruitful theoretical, diagnostic and therapeutic approach for clinical and subclinical psychotic conditions; indicate that psychoanalysis is indispensable for clinical psychiatry; and signal the possibility of a time-honored alternative to the in-vogue neurocognitive paradigm of “personalized” psychiatry.

Depression is a common complication of pregnancy and the postpartum period. Up to 70% percent of women report depressive symptoms during their pregnancy, and approximately 10-16% meet full criteria for major depressive disorder. Women with a history of perinatal or non-perinatal major depression are likely to relapse during pregnancy. Research shows that exposure to untreated depression and stress can have negative consequences on the birth outcome and child development. Given the harmful effects of this disease on both the mother and child, it is essential that all pregnant patients be screened for depression. Literature review did not reflect many studies that focus on depression screening in this population, let alone in pregnant patients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Our study focuses on the impact the mandatory screening tool had on the incidence of depression screening in pregnant HIV patients.

We noted both qualitative & quantitative improvement in depression screening. Qualitatively the screening has been standardized by creating a universal workflow by the inclusion of screening tools (PHQ2 and PHQ9) in Electronic Medical records. Quantitatively there has been a 34.9% improvement in screening by the case managers in the post interventional quarter.

Stigma is omnipresent in human societies, both globally and historically; while it is also discerned in other primates. On these grounds, it has been suggested to be the product of natural selection and therefore to protect against threats to effective group functioning. Nonetheless, in contemporary society, stigma raises fundamental ethical concerns, while it actually impinges on public health

To explore prejudicial attitudes and desired social distance from recovered COVID-19 patients, people with mental illness and refugees in Athens region.

A convenience sample of 360 residents of Athens region participated in the study, after being recruited from social media. The questionnaire was distributed online and encompassed: i) the Prejudicial Attitudes Survey, (ii) the Social Distance scale, (iii) the Interpersonal Reactivity Index and information about respondents’ socio-demographic characteristics and personal experience with the three population subgroups. The stigma measures were included three times, one for each out-group.

Repeated ANOVA revealed that negative attitudes were predominantly expressed for refugees. On the contrary, positive attitudes were predominantly expressed for people with mental illness. Interestingly, desired social distance was greater from people with mental illness (mean = 32.37) compared to refugees (mean = 25.47) and recovered COVID-19 patients (mean = 24.17).

Stigma towards people with mental illness and refugees is still prevalent in Greece. Anti-stigma efforts should target prejudices in the case of refugees and social distance in the case of mental illness. To date, no stigma attached to COVID-19 has been discerned in the country

Individuals with severe mental disorder (SMD) have a higher risk of somatic comorbidity and mortality than the rest of the population.

To assess whether individuals with SMD had a higher risk of death associated with a COVID-19 infection (COVID-19 associated death) than individuals without SMD.

Exploratory analysis with a cross-sectional design in the framework of a population-based register study covering the entire Swedish population. The Swedish Board for Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) provided anonymised tabulated summary data for further analysis. We compared numbers of COVID-19 associated death in individuals with SMD (cases) and without SMD (controls). We calculated the odds ratio (OR) for the whole sample and by age group and four potential risk factors, namely diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, chronic lung disease.

The sample comprised of 7,923,859 individuals, 103,999 with SMD and 7,819,860 controls. There were 130 (0.1%) COVID-19 associated deaths in the SMD group and 4945 (0.06%) in the control group, corresponding to an OR of 1.98 (CI 1.66-2.35; p < 0.001). The odds were fourfold in the age group between 60 and 79 years. Cardiovascular diseases increased the odds by 50%. Individuals with SMD without any of the risk factors under study had three-folds odds of COVID-19 associated death.

Our preliminary results suggest that individuals with SMD are a further group at increased risk of COVID-19 associated death. The factors contributing to this increased mortality risk require clarification.

The PSP has been implemented in Catalonia in 2006 in an attempt to improve the Primary Care treatment of the most common mental disorders and addictions. It’s based on a collaborative model, made up between Primary Care and Mental Health professionals.

To identify the strengths and limitations of the PSP from the perspective of Primary Care and Mental Health professionals.

Qualitative, exploratory and interpretive study based on Grounded Theory, made between 2018 and 2019 with Primary Care and Mental Health professionals. Group interviews were conducted with triangulated analysis. The study got the approval from the Research Ethics Committee of the Sant Joan de Deu’s foundation.

11 group interviews were conducted in 6 primary care centers and 5 mental health centers in Barcelona. Intrinsic and extrinsic factors impacting the programme functioning were detected. Within the extrinsic factors, elements related to professionals, patients and public health system have been observed. All the professionals agree that the PCSP has a favorable impact on inter-professional relationships and patients, facilitating the management of cases. In contrast the heterogeneity implementation, the lack of training, and the health care burden in is considered to negatively influence an optimal development of the programme. Professionals suggest communication and inter-professional collaboration would be improved by creating more a horizontal structure that eliminates vertical lines of command and disagreements in clinical judgement, thus facilitating shared decisions.

PrimaryCare and MentalHealth professionals value the PSP positively, but conclude there are communication and organizative barriers that should be addressed in order to improve the overall programme’s efficiency.

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) plays an important role in depression and sleep disorders. It influences the inflammatory process and may affect the interactions between psychological state and gastrointestinal symptoms.

The study aimed to compare BDNF concentrations in the group of Crohn’s disease (CD), ulcerative colitis (UC) patients, and healthy control (HC), as well as to correlate it with the severity of depression and insomnia.

The study included 94 inflammatory bowel disease patients (IBD, 57 CD, and 37 UC) and 26 HC. Each participant completed the following questionnaires: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Athens insomnia scale (AIS), and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). BDNF protein concertation measurements were performed using ELISA. Funding: National Science Centre, Poland-2018/31/N/NZ5/03715.

CD patients had a higher serum level of BDNF (22.5 ng/mL, IQR:17.5-28.5) than UC patients (19.1 ng/mL, IQR:12.3-24.6; p=0.045). CD group had higher BDNF concentrations than HC (17.5 ng/mL, IQR:13.2-23.8; p=0.010), but no such differences were found between UC and HC groups (p=0.544). A positive correlation was found between AIS and BDNF among IBD (r=0.22, p=0.035). Additionally, patients, who obtained high BDI scores (>7 points) had lower BDNF concentrations than others (p=0.004). The patients with long sleep latency (>10 min) achieved a higher BDNF level than others (p=0.038). However. BDNF level did not correlate with PSQI results.

BDNF serum level is increased in CD, but not in UC patients. Overall, the severity of insomnia symptoms correlates positively with BDNF levels. Future research should focus on the further explanation of those observations.

The COVID-19 pandemic entailed several changes in health and medical assistance, economy, and lifestyle. In the Acute Psychiatric Ward of the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona, the implementation of restrictive measures was necessary in order to ensure patients’ safety.

To compare clinical profiles and course of hospitalization of patients admitted before and during the COVID-19 lockdown in our Acute Psychiatric Ward.

All patients admitted from January 7th to February 25th and from March 19th to May 7th of 2020 in the Acute Psychiatric Hospitalization Unit of Hospital Clínic of Barcelona, Spain, were retrospectively included for analysis and divided into two groups according to the period when they were admitted. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS, 23.0 version.

A total of 117 inpatients were included (73 admitted before lockdown and 44 during lockdown), being 50.4% male, with a mean age of 42.4 (SD 15.73). Patients from the first group presented a significantly higher proportion of antidepressants prescription at discharge (p<0.05) and more substance use disorders (p<0.05). Regarding the lockdown group, 51% of patients manifested COVID-19-related stress. Time of hospitalization was significantly lower in the lockdown group (p<0.05), even though a significantly higher proportion of patients were discharged at home (p<0.05) compared with the first group.

The situation of lockdown led to a series of changes in our unit and also in the profile of patients admitted, having shorter admissions, lower prescription of antidepressants, and often COVID-related stress. These differences should be considered in future situations in which restrictive measures may be necessary.

This is a presentation of the FEP of a 23 y.o. patient. The patient had a Duration of Untreated Psychosis (DUP) of 6 months and Duration of Untreated Illness (DUI) of six years. The therapeutic response and the adverse effects of Paliperidone are being described.

To investigate the tolerance of Paliperidone in a patient with FEP.

The patient was assessed regularly by the psychiatric team consisting of a CT doctor and one General Adult Consultant. Appropriate psychological assessments and investigations took place.

Upon admission the patient appeared guarded. She also presented with weight loss and dehydration. Initial PANSS score was 173, positive subscale 41. The patient was initially treated with monotherapy 6mg of Paliperidone. However, the heart rate was around 100 bpm culminating as high as 156 bpm. The ECG indicated sinus tachycardia. The patient presented with serious EPSs and diarrhea. Simpson-Angus Scale score 10. Metoprolol 25mg was prescribed twice a day. The clinical team proceeded in cross titration replacing Paliperidone with Olanzapine. A brain CT scan was also performed, unremarkable. After 10 days of therapy the PANSS score reduced to 102, positive subscale 21.

Initial sinus tachycardia is a common adverse effect of Paliperidone. However in this case the tachycardia was refractory in time even after the 7th day, making an alternative SGA trial necessary.

Metabolic syndrome (MS) is associated with an increased risk of developing a cognitive vascular disorders and dementia.

The associations of cognitive disorders (CD) with components of methabolic syndrome (MS) such as : body mass index, lipid spectrum, arterial hypertension and glucose level (GL) in middle age subjects were study.

The 271 patients with MS according IDF criteria, (aged 30 – 60 years) were examend. Current mild cognitive impairment (MCI) was confirmed by psychodiagnostic interview according to the criteria of ICD-10. All patients passed through: MMSE test, Cognitive Failures Questionnaire, Wechsler memory scale, Symbol Coding and Category Fluency test. Level of blood glucose and plasma indicators of lipid spectrum were assessed in the blood samples with «Abbott» kits. To assess the results the NCEP criteria were used.

All 271 subject were divided into 2 groups, group A – with CD and/or MCI (212 subjects) and the group B -without affective disorders (49 subjects). Using the Mann-Whitney test significantly strong connection between high levels of total cholesterol (TC), cholesterol low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), lipoproteins of very low density (VLDL), the GL and MCI in group A were obtained. Optional subjects with sings of PH, MS and MCI had a fairly high level of VLDL and LDL-C in comparison with subjects without MCI.

The meaning of the relationship between metabolic syndrome and mild cognitive impairments in middle-aged people is in increasing in the level of LDL and VLDL that can provoke MCI in middleage subjects with MS.
