Youth Mental Health
It is estimated that a quarter of adult psychiatric disorder manifest by the age of 24 years and that the origins of psychopathology can offer be traced to exposures much earlier in life. This collection brings together evidence from epidemiology, neuroscience, genetics and population-health research that aims to delineate the age-related trajectories of psychopathology and identify risk and protective factors as well as critical periods for early intervention. The collection includes both invited papers and unsolicited contributions.
